Earlier this month, we gathered with customers, partners, and industry experts at the historic Statler Hotel in Dallas, TX for FlowCon 2025, myOneFlow’s annual user conference. There’s nothing quite like the energy of our community coming together, united by a passion for smarter public service delivery and a commitment to collaboration. Over two energizing days, attendees participated in lively sessions, practical roundtables, and conversations filled with fresh ideas and real solutions. 2025 Milestones: A Year of Progress

Shanthi Subramanyam, myOneFlow’s founder and CEO, opened FlowCon by sharing a detailed overview of the past year’s achievements and company milestones. Here’s a quick look at the highlights:

Leadership Highlights

  • 44% reduction in open support tickets: Thanks to teamwork and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • 1,200+ product enhancements: Delivered to improve data visibility, operational efficiency, and user experience.
  • 8 major platform updates: Rolled out to meet the evolving needs of our community.

Shanthi also shared ambitious plans for 2026, including expanded support, new tools, and continued innovation to empower customers.

Company Growth & Customer Support

2025 was a year of growth and investment:

  • Expanded to 30+ states: Bringing myOneFlow to more communities than ever.
  • Support team tripled in size: Now fully U.S.-based, reducing ticket resolution times by over 50%.
  • New support portal: Empowering users to resolve issues faster with improved communication and resources.

Product Innovation

Innovation was at the heart of 2025, with several new features and tools designed to make life easier for our customers so they can better serve participants:

  • Events MX: A modern, fast, and user-friendly event management system. Customers can now add images to events, publish event marketing pages, and integrate account creation with registration. Attendance tracking is seamless, even for walk-ins.
  • Referral Network: A powerful tool for connecting partners, including training and service providers. Partners can track incoming referrals, monitor client progress, and close the loop on services provided.
  • Scan System: A kiosk-based system for tracking customers served at locations. Customers can scan in using a driver’s license, QR code, or minimal information, enabling quick account creation and last-minute event registrations.
  • Federal Reporting & Compliance: Enhanced tools for generating and validating PIRL extracts, staying ahead of TEGL updates, and ensuring compliance with federal and state standards. Early edit checks and optimized processes make reporting more efficient.
  • Programs, Services & Supportive Services: Simplified setup for services, activities, and follow-ups, with flexible PIRL mappings to meet diverse program needs.

Compliance & Accessibility

In 2025, we focused on rigorous 508 compliance updates across client, employer, and staff portals to ensure inclusivity and stayed ahead of federal and state reporting standards.

Day 2 of FlowCon 2025 was filled with excitement as we unveiled the refreshed myOneFlow brand! Attendees were welcomed into a completely transformed event space featuring our new logo, updated colors, and a modern design that sets the stage for what’s ahead.

Why the Change?

The decision to reimagine the myOneFlow brand was driven by a desire to better align our identity with the innovation, energy, and transformation that define our platform and our mission. While our original blue palette symbolized trust, stability, and professionalism, it no longer fully captured the forward momentum and creativity that myOneFlow embodies today.

Our shift to magenta represents a bold step forward. Magenta blends the stability of blue with the energy and imagination of red, creating a color that is vibrant, modern, and transformative. It signals our commitment to progress, innovation, and human connection—qualities that resonate deeply with our mission to empower organizations and improve outcomes for their communities.

The Psychology Behind the New Look

  • Blue (Original Color): Trusted, calm, and dependable, blue anchored our brand in reliability and stability. However, it also felt conservative and lacked the emotional warmth and differentiation needed to stand out in a competitive landscape.
  • Magenta (New Color): Energetic, creative, and transformative, magenta inspires action and conveys a sense of momentum. It stands out in a sea of traditional corporate palettes, connecting emotionally with users while signaling innovation and forward-thinking solutions.

This transition from blue to magenta reflects our evolution as a company. While we remain grounded in trust and professionalism, we are embracing a more dynamic, human-centered approach that inspires action and fosters connection.

The rollout of the new brand will begin in early 2026, starting with a redesigned website and updated materials. Customers will gradually see changes to their myOneFlow instances, including refreshed logos, colors, and design elements, throughout the year.
